Map My House
I love a map. I love an atlas. I love the world and all its borders, in a geographical sense of course. I mean I am seriously considering permanently getting a map tattooed on my body, I love the world's outline so much. There is no surprise then that my house is full of maps, I have framed map wrapping paper (a great, cheap option), cork maps, antique maps, and many, many globes. But I always want more. So that got me thinking, what could I put maps on? So I picked up some Annie Sloan Chalk Paint (if like me, you are a bit of a crafter, then you must use this amazing stuff- beautiful colors, no primer, just use wax, and voila), created a stencil, and started painting maps on furniture.
